AI Visibility Service Disclosure
This page sets out the terms for the AI Visibility service for restaurants provided by NIXUMA (“we,” “us”). For the sales terms of the interactive course, the Muse Quick-Start Course, see the separate statutory disclosure on note (in Japanese). This page is not the disclosure for the course.

1. Operator and contact

Our address and phone number will be disclosed without delay upon request, as required by law. Requests, reports and answers to your questions all happen in writing, by email and similar channels. We do not call you during business hours.
2. What the service includes
- AI Visibility Check: Using your restaurant name and a link to your Google Maps listing, we ask AIs repeatedly, using questions guests are likely to use, and report in a short report whether you appeared, which restaurants appeared instead, and whether anything stated did not match the facts.
- Full Audit: We widen the number of questions and the range of AIs, measure repeatedly, and deliver a detailed report covering appearance rates, comparison with competitors, and information errors, plus a fix list in priority order.
- Quarterly Check-in: Every 3 months we measure again under the same conditions and report changes in appearance rate, new competitors, and any new information errors in a one-page report. Change that is hard to separate over a short period can be reported as meaningful movement over a 3-month interval. There is no minimum contract term.
- Fix Pack: For problems found in a check, after agreeing the scope in writing in advance, we prepare correction wording and support you in applying it. Specifically, we create and hand over as deliverables: corrected wording for listing fields such as Google Business Profile, proposals to make your restaurant details consistent, draft wording for correction requests to external listing sites, and menu information as text data. For services that require an owner login, including Google Business Profile, you apply the changes yourself. We provide the steps in writing and support you by email until completion. We never log into your accounts. We never ask for your password.

* The prices above are planned prices at formal release. We will publish final prices on this site when bookings open formally. This service does not guarantee appearances. AI answers change from question to question, and no mechanism exists that forces a specific restaurant to appear.
4. Current status
This service is currently in testing ahead of its formal release, while we check the measurement method. Paid bookings have not opened formally. We will publish the opening on this site.
5. How to apply, pay, and receive delivery
- How to apply: By email only ([email protected]).
- How to pay: Credit card via Stripe. Please pay through the checkout page on this site. All fees are prepaid. After payment completes, we automatically send an email confirming your order details and the expected delivery timing.
- How we deliver: Reports are sent by email.
- Delivery timing: For the Full Audit, we send the report by email within 7 business days after payment and receipt of your restaurant information. For the Quarterly Check-in, we send the report within 7 days after each quarterly measurement. For the Fix Pack, we agree the schedule in writing in advance, together with the scope.
- Extra charges: We do not charge any fee not listed in the price table without prior agreement in writing.
6. Cancellation and refunds
- Ending a Quarterly Check-in: You can end future check-ins with a single email, as long as you write before the next check-in runs.
- Refund terms for the Full Audit and Fix Pack: If you cancel before measurement or work begins, we refund in full. After work begins, refunds are not available as a rule. However, if we cannot deliver for reasons on our side, we refund in full. If a delivered report contains a serious error, we correct it and re-measure at no charge, and if correction is not possible, we refund. For the Fix Pack, if there are items we could not carry out for reasons on our side, we refund the amount corresponding to those items.
- Cancellation and refunds do not apply to the AI Visibility Check.
7. Notes
- Measurement rests on public information and on answers to questions put to AIs. AI answers can differ by a person's device, history and location, so results measured via programs may not match exactly what you see on your own device.
- Measurement reports are material for understanding your current position and improving it. They do not guarantee results for sales, guest numbers, or search rankings.
