Our address and phone number will be disclosed without delay upon request, as required by law. All enquiries happen in writing, by email and similar channels. We do not call you during business hours.

2. What we collect and why

(1) Enquiries and service applications (email / forms)

• What we collect: Email address, your name (if you provide it), restaurant name and restaurant details (for the restaurant service), and the contents of your enquiry or application.
• Why: To answer enquiries, provide and report on the service, and provide support.
• For the AI Visibility service for restaurants, you can start with just your restaurant name and a link to your Google Maps listing. We never ask for your Google Business Profile password.
• Form submissions use Web3Forms. What you enter passes through that service so it can reach us.

(2) Free sample applications (email registration)

• What we collect: Email address.
• Why: To send information about the free sample, new courses, and useful updates.
• You can stop these emails at any time by replying to one of them. Form submissions here also use Web3Forms.

(3) Course purchases

• Payment runs through Stripe Managed Payments. Stripe is the seller of record, and NIXUMA provides and operates the course.
• We do not collect or store payment details such as credit card numbers. Stripe handles payment information under its own privacy policy.
• We use the email address registered at purchase to give you access to the buyers-only pages (authentication by one-time PIN) and to contact you about your purchase.

(4) Browsing this site

• This site does not install analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) or advertising tracking. Its web fonts (Inter and Zen Kaku Gothic New) are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your IP address is transmitted to Google when they load.
• We use Cloudflare to deliver and secure this site. Cloudflare may process IP addresses and similar data to deliver the site and prevent unauthorised access.

3. Sharing with third parties

Except where the law requires it, we do not provide collected personal information to third parties without your consent. Transmissions to the processors named in Section 2 (Web3Forms, Stripe, Cloudflare) are limited to what the service needs to run.

4. Retention

We keep personal information only for as long as the purpose requires, and delete it promptly once that purpose is complete. Transaction records and similar items that the law requires us to keep are retained for the required period.

5. Requests for disclosure, correction and deletion

If you want us to disclose, correct, stop using, or delete your personal information, email [email protected]. After confirming your identity, we will respond promptly in accordance with the law.

6. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we publish the change on this site. For significant changes, the revised contents take effect after we publish them on this site.
