FAQ: AI Visibility
Frequently asked questions
Answers to questions we often receive about the AI Visibility service for restaurants. We state this first, plainly: we do not guarantee appearances. Full method details are published on the Methodology page.

If I sign up, will ChatGPT start recommending my restaurant?
We cannot guarantee that. AI answers change from question to question, and no mechanism exists that forces a specific restaurant to appear. What we do is measure your current position accurately, and find and fix errors in the public information AIs read. Any service that says “you will definitely appear” is not describing this accurately.
What does an AI Visibility Check tell me?
We ask AIs repeatedly, using wording guests actually use, and report: (1) whether your restaurant was named, (2) which restaurants were named instead, and (3) whether anything said about your restaurant did not match the facts, such as wrong opening hours. Full method details are published on the Methodology page.
What do I need to provide?
You can start with just your restaurant name and a link to your Google Maps listing. During the process we may ask you to confirm details in your Google Business Profile, but we never ask for your password.
With the Fix Pack, is there anything the restaurant has to do?
We create and hand over the wording and data needed for corrections. For screens that require owner authority, such as Google Business Profile, you apply the changes yourself. We provide a written step-by-step guide and support you by email until completion. We never log into your accounts.
Do I need calls or meetings?
No. Requests, reports and answers to your questions all happen in writing, by email and similar channels. We do not call you during business hours.
Is there a minimum contract term for the Quarterly Check-in?
No. You can end future check-ins with a single email, as long as you write before the next check-in runs.
Which restaurants is this for?
We are currently testing with independent and small restaurants in Tokyo. It fits restaurants where being chosen by visitors and first-time guests matters.
I hear AI answers differ every time. Does a single measurement mean anything?
You are right, and that is why we never treat a single result as a “score.” We repeat the same questions across several AIs and report a share: how many times out of how many you appeared. Our full reasoning is written out on the Methodology page.
